The making of minority scientists and engineers
FINAL REPORT:
This study shows a strong relationship between academic preparedness and academic achievement. It also demonstrates a discrepancy between white and black students relative to their academic preparation received in high school. It ends with a call for realistic, universal academic goals for which all students must by held accountable.
