Educational Evaluation and Policy Analysis
Submissions
EEPA publishes manuscripts of theoretical or practical interest to those engaged in educational evaluation or policy analysis, including economics, demographic, financial, and political analyses of education policies; syntheses of previously completed policy studies, evaluation theories, and methodologies; results of significant evaluation efforts; retrospective views of evaluation studies, and book reviews related to educational evaluation and policy issues.
SUBMISSIONS UPDATE
EEPA is pleased to announce that beginning May 21, 2007, new manuscripts should be submitted electronically to: http://mc.manuscriptcentral.com/eepa.
Over the course of the next few months, OJS will be phased out and all manuscripts submitted to EEPA will be managed through ScholarOne’s Manuscript Central system. If you currently have a manuscript under review in OJS, you may continue to monitor its progress in OJS until a decision is reached. Any revised manuscript should be submitted to the new site at: http://mc.manuscriptcentral.com/eepa.
The manuscript should be submitted in Microsoft Word, Word Perfect, or RTF file format. The text should be double-spaced, use upper and lower case, and a Letter Size (8 ½” by 11”) page setup. To ensure blind review, author identification should be removed from the submission file’s Properties (found under File menu in MS-Word, for example), as well as from the text and references. The manuscript must also conform to the guidelines of the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association (5th ed. 2001). Authors whose manuscripts do not conform to these specifications will be asked to revise their manuscript before it is accepted for review. Manuscripts are accepted for consideration with the understanding that they are original material and are not under consideration for publication elsewhere. The review process normally takes four months.
Editorial correspondence should be directed to the EEPA Editorial Office at EEPAEditors@aera.net.
